[Paddlers] Training Monday

Please focus on Technique during training today.  Recovery relaxed & body in a structurally sound position to generate power.

Paddle in crews.

15 minute warm-up
3 * 10 minutes with crates/buckets 2 minutes off
2 * 10 minutes with no resistance – working on Technique!!!

1 * 10 minutes using good technique to go FAST.

if time permits

1 * 10 minutes with crates/buckets

1 * 10 minutes using good technique to go FAST
