Training for Wednesday PM
Hayden Island in crews.
If you can afford the time please put resistors on.
Resistance is on to slow the stroke down.
Focus of the training is to learn to generate power through the whole stroke.
Put the paddle in the water (full stop). Pull all the way through to the exit. Relaxed recovery. Put the blade in the water.
Transition to faster hull speed without changing from power technique.
