[Paddlers] Saturday training

This is a mentally challenging workout. Mixed even crews to start. Change to crews 3/5th of the way through training.Focus of the training: matched power application phase. Please strive to have the power phase start at the front of the stroke.
Training is Long Slow Distance. Effort level should be 72%-75%.
The mentally tough part of this training is keeping the effort level low and remaining focused on the power phase.
As always there should be 10 minutes where the canoes try to go as fast as possible without giving up technique. High effort ok during this time.
