 Things For Which I Am Thankful

For sprinting at Vancouver Lake
For surfing down a steep barge wake
When afterward we take a break
And Carin brings her coffee cake.

The last stroke of five hundred meter
For Lori J, no one can beat her
The promise of a clubhouse heater
The bench that's not in front of Peter.

For Laura's organizing skill
For Rick's hand steady on the till
I do appreciate you still
Your booties are so hard to fill.

Endless projects, to them we're handing
For fiberglass and paint and sanding
To Mark and Adam, I take my hat off.
And to my girlfriends in the Fat-Off.

The contribution made by Keith
The fine clubhouse he did bequeath
The Makita drill in the water beneath?
And for Mark's sharp incisor teeth.

For wildlife which are resident
For truly awesome President
A steady hand through Paddlegate
She is our esteemed Potentate.

For Maui winter surfing school
For volleyball game in the pool
For Kona at our hillside villa
"There was something in that Tequila".
