Monday workout 
Even boats - mixed
Focus on getting your boat to be technically synchronized.  
Please come off the water feeling like a unit vs tired individual paddlers.

5 x 2 minutes 30 rest @ 500m race pace.  After the first set place re-arrange boats to make the boats more evenly matched.

4 sets - after the first ( total of 5 sets)

5 x 4 minutes 30 seconds off; first interval with crate.  As many sets as time permits.
