[Paddlers] Testing

All - I'd like to have the paddling erg accessible for folks.  For those not injured I would like to have a time sent to me of their 4000m time with a 1000m splits.
This will *help* to show fitness and power. 
Summary - I want you to send me padding erg times for 4000m and the 1000m splits.
