[Paddlers] Crew update

All - Coaches have  been approached to set Age Category crews.  We'll do this for the women for a short time before setting RI crews.  The men are just getting used to the crews so we'll leave the man as they are now.  The women will paddle in the crews shown below.
We would also like to do some seat racing so expect seat races over the next few weeks.  Next crews will be RI crews based on seat races and the usual criteria.

I'll not be able to make it out on Monday (Mark if you could switch to Wed this week it would be great)...
